SCHOOL RULES

 

ØRespect and Courtesy

All pupils are expected to treat staff, their fellow pupils and visitors with respect and courtesy at all times.  The use of bad language and any form of  bullying are unacceptable.

ØPunctuality

The official opening time is 9.00 a.m.  Small breaks are from 10.45a.m. till 10.55 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till 11.10 a.m.

ØAbsences

Every absence of a child must be accounted for either by forwarding a note or by making contact with the school by telephone.  If a child wishes to leave school
 early, a note must be given to the class teacher or sign out the child from the
school secretary's desk.

ØIllness

The school should be notified of any infectious illness immediately.

ØPersonal Property

Children should have their names on  their coats and other personal property such as school books, copies, etc.

ØSchool Property and the School Environment.

Pupils must respect all school property and keep the school environment litter free.

ØLunch - (lunch is from 12.55 p.m. till 1.40 p.m.)

Children are not allowed to go down to the shops at lunch time.  If your child goes
 home for lunch - a lunch time  indemnity form must be signed.

ØSchool Notices

As the need arises, parents will receive notices regarding school events, meetings, etc.  Parents should check each evening at homework time to see if their child has received a note from the school

ØSchool Traffic Warden.

The children should  respect and follow the directions of the school wardens at
 all times.

Ø2.50 p.m. Closing Time.

Children should report home promptly after school closing time.  Children should
not linger in the school area outside school times unless involved with extra
curricular activities.
